OUR STORY

HOW IT ALL STARTED...

Life Fellowship opened its doors in 2002 and in mid-2010 Pastor Chris became the Senior Pastor. Since that time the church has seen enormous growth as it has mushroomed from 80 to more than 2,000 people who now call Life Fellowship their church home.

Life Fellowship has become known in North Dallas as a welcoming community of Christians. Guests are captured by its spirit and vision and are enthused by the opportunity to be a part of a growing church.

2002-2010

OUR MCKINNEY CAMPUS

In 2015 Life Fellowship purchased land on Hwy 121 in Craig Ranch McKinney and immediately began construction on its new state of the art building, which opened January 2017.

This strategic location has given us ease of access to the surrounding cities of McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, Fairview, Melissa, Anna, The Colony, Lucas and all of Collin County.

2011-2015

WHERE WE ARE HEADED

Life Fellowship has begun construction on a much needed expansion to the existing campus. This expansion will give us the space needed to open a 300+ Christian Day Care plus much more as we seek ways to serve our growing community. This state of the art building is scheduled to be completed by early 2022.

BELIEFS AND VISION

STATEMENT OF FAITH

This is a summary statement of faith for Life Fellowship Church.

About the Scriptures
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit to write words of Scripture. The New Testament is our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine.
About God
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to man and to become the Savior of the lost world.
About the Holy Spirit
The fruits of the Spirit are the by-product of a Spirit-filled life and are evidence of spiritual maturity. The baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit are given to empower, encourage, and build up the body. We are instructed to diligently seek the gifts, use them in Biblical order and in the context of love.
About Mankind
We believe that man was created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but became alienated from that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man is totally incapable of coming back into a right relationship with God by his own effort.
About Salvation
We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sins. Therefore, salvation only occurs when a person places his faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the sufficient payment for his sin. One who physically dies in his sins without Christ is eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, and therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel of repenting.
About Ordinances
We believe the two scriptural ordinances of a New Testament church are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We follow our Lord’s command to give public evidence of our salvation with baptism by water and faithfully remember Christ’s cleansing blood and broken body with the elements of Holy Communion.
About Christian Life
We believe that every Christian should live for Christ and not for himself. By obedience to the Word and being baptized in the Holy Spirit, every believer will mature and receive power to be a witness in this world.
About The Church
We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus Christ is the Head. The members are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and making Him known to a lost world.
