Interest meetings will begin in January of 2024. The purpose of the interest meetings is to identify those who would be interested in being a part of the launch team. After the first interest meeting, multiple small groups will launch that will focus on building community within the launch team of men, and women.
There will be additional interest meetings held at the Life Fellowship McKinney campus leading up to the launch services. These once-a-month interest meeting services will continue to happen until Launch Sunday on August 11, 2024.

Yes! Interest meetings will take place every month beginning January 28 at 6:00 PM at Life Fellowship Church. LF Kids Program is provided.
The tentative launch date is August 6, 2024.
This campus will begin with 9:00am and 10:30am services.

We have begun building a Launch Team. The Launch Team will be the Dream Team of volunteers who will handle all volunteer aspects of the church, from greeters and nursery team members to leading worship and small group leadership. There will be more than 20 different areas for you to get involved. There will be a few general information meetings in Anna and then consistent Growth Track opportunities to join the team leading up to the launch.
You will not need to go through the Growth Track again, but you will need to participate in general Launch Team meetings and specific Dream Team trainings for the new campus.
Yes. Anyone is welcome to join the Launch Team! They will need to go through our two-step Growth Track to join the team. The location and times for those events are still to be determined. The same Growth Track will be offered at both campuses every week if someone would like to start the process now.
Yes. LifeGroups will begin in September 2024. Small Group training will take place along with the other Dream Team trainings prior to launch. Small Groups will be listed in our online LifeGroup directory.

Jon and Jennifer, married for six years, have four children: Gabbie, Gracyn, Hunter, and Hannah. Jon has served as the Correctional Facilities Pastor at Life Fellowship for three years, with his academic accolades including a Master’s in Business and Theology, and he is currently pursuing a Doctorate at Liberty University. Under his leadership, the correctional ministry grew from 9 locations to over 6,200 facilities and is considering global expansion. Jon began his career in the Ranger Battalion, gaining combat experience before transitioning to an executive role at CSX Railroad, offering him diverse leadership insights.
Jennifer has been with Life Fellowship for three years, working as an administrative assistant and actively participating in women’s community groups. In 2023, Pastor Chris and the Life Fellowship Elder board recognized Jon’s potential to lead the launch of the second Life Fellowship campus in Anna. Both Jon and Jennifer bring their combined military, corporate, and ministry experiences to this new venture, aiming to impact Anna, Van Alstyne, Melissa, Prosper, Celina, Sherman, and McKinney.
Pastor Chris remarks, “Jon is the perfect leader for our second campus in Anna, with a genuine passion for ministry. I am eager to see the impact Jon and Jennifer will make.” The couple remains devoted to the vision of Life Fellowship and building a community where many will experience the grace of Jesus Christ.
