There’s no place like camp! Whether your memories of summer camp include rustic cabins, towering pine trees, or the smell of bug spray mixed with toothpaste, one thing is certain—camp is a place where adventure happens and lifelong memories are made.

At VBS: LIVE IT OUT!, kids will embark on an unforgettable journey, discovering how to love like Jesus every single day. Through five fun-filled evenings, they’ll enjoy high-energy games, powerful worship, engaging Bible stories, and awesome moments with friends.

Each child will leave with their own favorite memories—but our greatest hope is that they’ll walk away knowing how to live out their faith in real, everyday ways.

Kids will embark on a life-changing adventure at VBS: Live it Out, discovering how to love like Jesus in their everyday lives—and we can’t do it without you!

As a volunteer, you’ll help create a week full of fun, faith, and friendships—not just for the kids, but for you, too. From high-energy games to small group moments, every interaction is a chance to make a lasting impact. We’ll wrap up the week with an exciting Family Night on June 20—a celebration full of joy, connection, and purpose.

F.A.Q

1. What are the dates and times for the LF Kids Summer Bash?
  • The event will be held from June 16 to June 20.
  • It starts at 6 PM each evening, with check-in opening at 5:45 PM. Parent pick-up starts at 8:15 PM.
2. Who can attend the LF Kids Summer Bash?
  • The event is for all kids ages 4 through those who have completed 5th grade.
3. What is the cost to attend?
  • The cost is $35 per child and includes a VBS T-shirt and swag bag. Early bird pricing of $30 is available through the Monday after Easter.
4. How will the kids be grouped during the event? Can I be in the same group as my friend?
  • Kids will be placed in small groups based on the grade. 
  • We’ll do our best to keep friends together if possible. 
5. What happens on Friday night? I heard there was a family night!
  • All families are invited to celebrate the final night with a silent disco, family dance, worship, and a free dinner.
  • There is no additional cost for the Friday night party.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult during Family Night.
6. Where is the event located?
  • The event will take place at Life Fellowship Church, located at 6400 Henneman Way, McKinney, Texas
