LeadWell is a one-year cohort for a handpicked group of 12 pastors leading churches of 400+ in attendance. If you’re ready to grow your church, your leadership, and your health, this is for you.

Four Intensive Gatherings
1. February 2 – Rhythms & Rest
Healthy churches start with a healthy pace.
We’ll do a deep dive into the natural rhythms of church life, what creates momentum and what quietly kills it. You’ll gain clarity on sabbaths, sabbaticals, and how to lead at a pace that’s effective and sustainable, for you and your church.
Evening Experience:
• Men will experience a full Russian Banya night: cold plunges, a 230° sauna, grilled salmon, fresh fruit, pastries, and drinks. It’s the kind of reset you didn’t know you needed… and won’t ever forget.
• Wives will enjoy a relaxing spa night and dinner with Tatum, designed to refresh both body and soul.
2. May 4 – Church Health & Physical Health
Lead strong. Live strong.
We’ll deep dive into the 10 Secrets of a Healthy Church, helping you evaluate what’s working and what’s stalling your growth.
Then we’ll shift the focus to your health. Tatum and I are bringing in our certified personal trainer who’s transformed our journey. Each person will receive:
• A custom workout plan
• A macro-based nutrition strategy
Evening Experience:
A relaxing dinner and prophetic encounter. Our Prophet-in-Residence, Bob Hazlett, will speak over each pastor and spouse. This will be an unforgettable night of clarity, encouragement, and confirmation.
3. August 2–4 – Spirit, Strategy & Systems
Three days to refuel your spirit, sharpen your strategy, and strengthen your systems.
- August 2 – Bonus Night: Pursuit
You’re invited to join our powerful Pursuit Night, a Spirit-led encounter filled with worship, miracles, and breakthrough.
- August 3 – Strategy & Systems
We’ll dive deep into the strategies and structures that help high-capacity churches move from stuck to scaling. You’ll learn how to:
o Fund the vision and increase generosity
o Implement proven systems that scale
o Build clarity and confidence around finances
• Then, we’ll shift the focus to your financial health. Eric Marsh (CEO of $2.3B company) will lead personal coaching on: Retirement and investment planning. Structuring your portfolio for growth, stability, and legacy
o Evening Experience:
Dinner + connection at TopGolf, a fun, laid-back night to unwind.
- August 4 – Culture That Multiplies
You’ll get a front-row seat to Life Fellowship’s All-Staff Development Day, an inside look at how we develop leaders and build a contagious team. It’s our secret sauce.
4. November 2 – Vision, Leadership & Legacy
See further. Lead bolder. Build what lasts.
This final gathering is hosted by David Craig, developer of a $5B+ master-planned community. This day will expand your vision and faith for what’s possible.
We’ll explore how to:
• Bold, God-sized vision casting
• Make courageous leadership moves
• Build systems that multiply people, not just manage them
Evening Experience:
A final celebration dinner at E&G Brazilian Steakhouse, honoring all that God has done and looking ahead to all that’s still to come.

Executive Pastor, Jeff Boyd, will coach your team through structure, staffing, systems and finances. You’ll walk away with a custom strategic roadmap designed to bring clarity, alignment, and growth.

Spouses are encouraged to attend every gathering, because your marriage is your ministry too.
4. (Optional) Speaking Visit from Chris:
Chris is setting aside 6–8 Sundays in 2026 to preach at LeadWell churches (based on availability). This is outside the LeadWell fee standard honorarium and travel apply.
