1. On-Site StratOps Day at Your Church:
Executive Pastor, Jeff Boyd, will coach your team through structure, staffing, systems and finances. You’ll walk away with a custom strategic roadmap designed to bring clarity, alignment, and growth.

All the tools, templates, and playbooks we use are available to you. Worship, youth, HR, multi-site, onboarding, and more.
3. Spouse Participation + Support:
Spouses are encouraged to attend every gathering, because your marriage is your ministry too.
4. (Optional) Speaking Visit from Chris:
Chris is setting aside 6–8 Sundays in 2026 to preach at LeadWell churches (based on availability). This is outside the LeadWell fee standard honorarium and travel apply.
