This group is designed for those looking to improve their health and endurance so they can be better equipped to share God’s word and pour into others. Each session will integrate Christian conversation and scripture while engaging in a well-rounded workout.
We will utilize the VERSAGYM, a state-of-the-art mobile gym featuring free weights, cable systems, medicine balls, resistance bands, and more. Every session will follow a structured flow:
1. Prayer – Centering our hearts and minds in Christ
2. Warm-up – Preparing the body for movement
3. Cardio & Weight Stations – Building strength and endurance
4. Abdominal Work – Strengthening the core
5. Cool Down & Stretch – A time of recovery and reflection
6. Spiritual Growth Discussion – Exploring ways to grow in faith
7. Scripture Reading & Prayer – Closing with God’s word and encouragement
