The Production Director at Life Fellowship carries out the vision to create an environment that facilitates people to connect with God without distractions by ensuring the highest level of excellence and consistency. As the leader of LF Production, this role oversees multiple AVL staff, contractors, and volunteers in a multi-site capacity both in-person and online. General responsibilities include recruiting, training, and overseeing production teams, leading weekly production staff meetings, bringing creative insight to services and special events planning, collaborating on current and future events, staying up to date on current technology for maximum impact and efficiency, establishing and manage annual budget, and fully supporting the mission and vision of Life Fellowship Church.

Life Fellowship is known for its worship and production cultures and experiences, has an influential prison ministry, and records and produces albums.
