Campus Production Coordinator (Contract)

The Production Coordinator oversees the needs of the audio, video, & lighting experience at a Life Fellowship Church campus.  
 
The Life Fellowship Production Team creates an environment that facilitates people to connect with God without distractions by ensuring the highest level of excellence and consistency.  
 
The Campus Production Coordinator will work under the Production Pastor and help ensure that Life Fellowship’s services and events run smoothly through preparation leading the local campus production team. 
 
This is a contract role and does require the person to at times work nights, weekends and holidays. 

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead the campus’ Production Team through personal development, oversight, training, and recruitment 

• Ensure campus production equipment and software is updated based on central production programming for each weekend 

• Schedule campus Production volunteers, contractors, and staff. 

• Communicate equipment maintenance needs and rental needs with central LF Production. 

• Meet consistently with the Production Pastor to provide campus feedback and note action items. 

• Contribute as the service Producer or within an audio, video, or lighting role for campus services and events as needed. 

• Ensure all production from audio, video, lighting, and networking is working across campus departments, and troubleshoots issues as they arise. 

• Provide leadership to setup/tear down within the auditorium. 

Required Skills

• Broad knowledge of church production, audio, lighting, video, and basic networking. 

• Proficiency with setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting complex software and systems 

• Strong leadership and team-building skills  

• Ability to work in a high-profile and high-stress environment 

• Proficiency in routing, distribution, and monitoring of audio/video/lighting 

• NDI Video Distribution and Video Switching 

• ProPresenter knowledge 

• Resi System knowledge 

• Proficiency with Digital Audio Consoles, Dante, and Waves SuperRack 

• Great communication skills 

This role will work an average of 7 hours a week, paid at $450 per week.
